today mr.john checked our resources and we were reviewing scales in theory class. and even it was not offical to get in guitar class but we tried and i learned about guitar a little.

Today is the first day for music in term 3 our music theory teacher is Mr.John. and we also got to pick our instrument s but there was to much people in guitar and piano so Mr.John had to organize it and the results were that only guitar had to audition. And we were told what resources we should bring next time.

-14/01/2011-
today is our first music period and we meet our theory teacher mr.john and we also got to choose our music instrument it was a long time to decide and for the guitars we had to audition because we had more than 6 members in our instrument class.

-18/01/2011-
we had the audition today and each of us went one by one. after the audition was over we got the results and i was sohappy that i made it into the music class!!! :D and so we continued with a normal day

Reflection (term 2)

week 1:
07/10/2009:Today we start our music class in term 2 and we learned about pentatonie and also diatonie note and we made 8 bars pentatonic scale.
08/10/2009:today i had to make a 16 bars it was very hard but i can understand.

week 2:
14/10/2009:today in music we got a lyric called the HAMA CHI DORI and we sing by groups and it made me a bit nervous.
15/10/2009:Today we learned again about pentatonic scale with lyric and we sang Gundul pacul.

week 3:
21/10/2009:Today we had to make a song and singing assessment about a song and i felt kinda happy.
22/10/2009:Today we learnt to make a finale and we also learn how to download it.

week 4:
28/10/2009:Today i had to do a reflection a bout the song we sang which is gundul gundul pacul and i felt happy cause i liked the song.
29/10/2009:Today we learned about major scale and i actually got confused but i managed to understand the major scale.

week 5:
04/11/2009:Today i learnt again about major scale and also more about finale and we learned how to out the notes.

05/11/2009:Today I had to practice about the pentatonic composition that i made by myself and i practice but my composition was not that good so i redo the song.      

week 6:

11/11/2009:Today i did music assessment and I felt like i need more practice because as i observed the way i play was not that good so i will practice to get a higher score at the music assessment next time.

12/11/2009:Today i redo my music assessment and today I did better than yesterday because i practice and it made my composition sound better and because i practice i got a higher score.

week 7:

18/11/2009:Today i learned about the chord's and today i felt a bit confused about the notes and stuff.

19/11/2009:Today we had a quiz about major scales on the board and after that we had another bar quiz in a paper and it was pretty hard.

week 8:

25/11/2009:Today we had a little time practicing for the music exam by playing our own composition with memorizing but today i did not do so well so my goal is to do better by practicing.

Reflection

Week 1:

In the first week of Music we had to choose our instrument classes well i pick violin because i already had a violin and i kinda love it to. And the second day of the week we got lyrics to sing and after that we had instrument class.  

Week 2:

In the second week we had to practice singing o ina ni keke and then after that we just keep on practicing then we had to sing all together. The next day of week 2 we practice again and we had to sing by group of 4 people in it.

Week 3:

In the third week we had to sing the o ina ni keke again but this time we sing by partner and after that we got a song called apuse kokondao. in the second day of week 3 we sang the song we got yesterday and we sang it but it wasn't that nice when we sang it because we were not really familiar with the song and after that we had instrument class.

Week 4:

In the fourth week we finally sing apuse kokondao and actually it was kinda addictive. The next day of week 4 we got a project to do but it was working in group and we can choose the instrument were it was from and also it's history.

Week 5:

In the fifth week we present the present the Balinese musical instrument by group but it was not so nice we had to fix it but we were given time until next week. The next day we just sing and talk about the project that we had to submit next week.

Week 6:

In the sixth week we got a new project to do it was making a booklet about any instrument. The next day we had a normal day .

Week 7:

In the seventh week we finally present the group work project which was about the Balinese instrument. Then after that we had to submit the booklet but i was late it was sad so i had to submit it next week.
